The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you when we deliver them to the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
New orders are processed within 24 hours and sent straight to our Studio production team. The entire process - from setting up your loom to weaving your rug, to washing and drying, takes 12 - 16 weeks. Rugs 9' x 12' and larger can take extra time. Kindly check in with our team for order updates.
You're welcome to return or exchange items. Just give us a heads-up within 7 days of delivery and send the items back within 14 days. Unfortunately, we can't cancel orders, but if you have any problems, please let us know. Please note that you will have to cover the cost of returning items, and if they don't come back in their original condition, any loss in value is your responsibility.
SHIPPING
We provide free express shipping through trusted partners like Aramex, FedEx, and DHL, delivering them worldwide, except in select countries where shipping might not be available! Revel in the convenience of swift delivery, typically within 3 to 5 days (with a maximum of 10 days) to your doorstep, after the weaving process is completed. While we collaborate with reliable shipping companies, please note that unforeseen delays in shipping are beyond our control. Nonetheless, our commitment to delivering exceptional quality remains determined, ensuring your absolute satisfaction with each order.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Additionally, we cannot control unexpected delays caused by customs procedures. Your patience is greatly appreciated in this matter, as we strive to provide a smooth shipping experience for your valued purchase.
REMINDER
Size and Measurements: When it comes to our rug sizes, there might be a slight variation of 5% to 10% in their final measurements. It's worth noting that fringes aren't accounted for in the overall size. Also, keep in mind that variations in sizing can occur due to different measurement methods and the natural tendency of wool to shrink.
Design: For our custom rugs, be aware that there might be a minor design difference from the original rugs. This difference occurs because they're handmade using the traditional weaving process, which can slightly affect the patterns.
Color: While we strive for accuracy, the color of our listed rugs might differ slightly due to factors like photographic lighting sources or variations in monitor settings.
